Small batch fresh mozzarella

The idea for MT'zarella sparked several years ago when I was working in Big Sky, MT trying to source fresh mozzarella for a new menu.  When I realized no one in the area was making it, I decided we would make our own and quickly realized that making more than a few pounds a day was a bigger endeavor than I was capable of at the time.  That little mozzarella factory in my head kept on chugging along until 2025 when I finally decided to start my own business.  Several months later, my custom made mozzarella stretching machine arrived from Italy and I am now crafting fior di latte and stracciatella in small batches in Bozeman, MT.  I am thrilled to be able to share my love of freshly made mozzarella with Montana and beyond.
